fresh hearts of palm mixed with baby kale, dressed with jalapeno vinaigrette, topped with smoked goat cheese, pomegranate seeds, toasted marcona almonds and finished with jalapeno vinaigrette

gigantic shrimp paired with our modern version of the Waldorf salad, fresh gala apples tossed with toasted walnuts, golden raisins, celery root, dressed with a citrus yogurt sauce and a zesty orange dressing
